• A passive intermediary under EU Directive 2000/31/EC

• A non-transactional platform with no involvement in purchases

2. Absolute Merchant Independence

All merchants operate as completely independent entities:

• No partnership/agency relationships exist

• Merchants maintain full control over:

  • Inventory management

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Order fulfillment

  • Customer service

  • Legal compliance

3. Comprehensive Liability Exclusion

Dealoverz expressly disclaims all responsibility for:

• Content Issues:

  • Outdated/misleading deal information

  • Typographical errors in discounts

  • Expired promotions

• Transaction Risks:

  • Product quality/safety concerns

  • Failed deliveries

  • Payment processing failures

  • Merchant insolvency

• Technical Problems:

  • Website downtime

  • Data inaccuracies

  • Mobile app malfunctions

4. User Assumption of Risk

By using our platform, you confirm:

• You independently verify all deals with merchants

• You assume 100% of transaction risks

• You waive all claims against Dealoverz relating to:

  • Financial losses

  • Bodily injury

  • Property damage

  • Emotional distress

5. Jurisdictional Limitations

Any legal claims must:

• Be filed individually (no class actions)

• Be initiated within 6 months of incident

• Be limited to direct damages (if any awarded)

• Exclude all consequential/punitive damages

6. Final Provisions

• These terms constitute the entire agreement

• If any provision is invalid, remainder stays enforceable

• Dealoverz may terminate access without notice
