1. Platform Role Disclaimer

Dealoverz functions exclusively as:

An information aggregator displaying publicly available deals
A passive intermediary under EU Directive 2000/31/EC
A non-transactional platform with no involvement in purchases

2. Absolute Merchant Independence

All merchants operate as completely independent entities:

No partnership/agency relationships exist
Merchants maintain full control over:
- Inventory management
- Pricing accuracy
- Order fulfillment
- Customer service
- Legal compliance

3. Comprehensive Liability Exclusion

Dealoverz expressly disclaims all responsibility for:

Content Issues:
- Outdated/misleading deal information
- Typographical errors in discounts
- Expired promotions
Transaction Risks:
- Product quality/safety concerns
- Failed deliveries
- Payment processing failures
- Merchant insolvency
Technical Problems:
- Website downtime
- Data inaccuracies
- Mobile app malfunctions

4. User Assumption of Risk

By using our platform, you confirm:

You independently verify all deals with merchants
You assume 100% of transaction risks
You waive all claims against Dealoverz relating to:
- Financial losses
- Bodily injury
- Property damage
- Emotional distress

5. Jurisdictional Limitations

Any legal claims must:

Be filed individually (no class actions)
Be initiated within 6 months of incident
Be limited to direct damages (if any awarded)
Exclude all consequential/punitive damages

6. Final Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement
If any provision is invalid, remainder stays enforceable
Dealoverz may terminate access without notice
