1. Who is the administrator of your data?
The administrator of your personal data is the FUNDACJA ROZWOJU PRZEDIĘBIORCZOŚCI „TWÓJ TARTUP”, headquartered in Warsaw (address: ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw). This privacy policy applies to services provided by the Foundation through its organized business unit pristtal.ads. 2. Why do we process your data?
A. In connection with the services provided through DEALOVERZ, such as delivering discount coupons and promotions. To conclude or execute an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation), your data will be stored until the agreement is fulfilled.
B. For marketing and promotion of products offered by the Entrepreneurship Development Foundation "Your Startup," as part of our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation). Your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
C. To fulfill any legal obligations arising from the cooperation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation). This includes retaining certain documents for the period required by law, e.g.:
- - The Act of September 29, 1994, on Accounting (Dz. U. 2017, item 1858).
- - The Act of August 29, 1997 - Tax Ordinance (Dz. U. 1997 No. 137, item 926).
- - The Act of March 1, 2018, on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (Dz. U. 2018, item 723).
D. For potential establishment, exercise, or defense of claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until claims are time-barred.
E. If consent is given, your data will be processed within the scope and for the purpose specified in the consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
3. What data is processed?
To conclude an agreement, we require data on the agreement/order form (if not provided, we cannot conclude the agreement/execute the order). Additionally, we may request optional data, which does not affect the agreement's conclusion (e.g., a contact phone number). During the agreement's term, while providing services, we may collect other personal data about you as a result of the services you use.
4. Who will your data be shared with?
A. Public authorities, insofar as they receive data as part of specific proceedings under the law, e.g., related to money laundering prevention.
B. Entities processing your data on behalf of the Foundation under a data processing agreement (e.g., beneficiaries, IT professionals, archiving companies, hosting companies).
C. Independent data controllers (e.g., legal advisors, postal or courier companies, debt purchasers in case of unpaid invoices).
D. Entities outside the EEA, but only if necessary and ensuring adequate protection, primarily through:
- a. Cooperation with entities in countries where the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision.
- b. Use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.
The administrator always informs about plans to transfer personal data outside the EEA during data collection.
5. Is your data profiled?
We inform you that your data will not be subject to profiling, i.e., automated analysis to predict preferences or future behavior (e.g., identifying which offers you might be most interested in based on your past choices).

A. Right to access personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation).
B. Right to rectify personal data (Article 16 of the Regulation).
C. Right to delete personal data ("right to be forgotten") if there are no grounds for its processing (Article 17 of the Regulation).
D. Right to restrict data processing (Article 18 of the Regulation).
E. Right to data portability (Article 20 of the Regulation).
F. Right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time by emailing [email protected] (Article 7(3) of the Regulation).
G. Right to object to data processing if it is based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 of the Regulation).
H. Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe data processing violates the Regulation.
